Commission Info
The following are starting prices for the creation fee.
They do not include commercial licenses, and are meant as general guidelines.
For commercial projects, a licensing fee proportional to the usage will be applied.
Refer to the "commercial use" section under each service to get an idea of the fee.
A custom quote will be provided after discussing the scope of the project.
Character Art & Illustrations
Character Art
A portrait of your character(s) of choice, in a simple pose. Simple background included (solid, gradient, or atmospheric/ethereal)

Full Color
Bust up: $450+
Half-Body: $550+
Full Body: $600+
Black and White
Bust up: $300+
Half-Body: $350+

Extras

An additional fee may incur for complex designs/extra elements (hands in head-shot or bust-up portraits, wings, complicated armor, etc)

Promotional License : +15-30% of Creation Fee (online advertisement, Patreon and/or freebies)

Merch License : +40-120% of Creation Fee(art prints, covers and dust jackets, overlays,… + promo use included)

An illustration that focuses on storytelling. The lighting is cohesive with the environment and includes information such as time of day, background/scenery, floral elements, magic...

Commission Process
General
All professional correspondence will be handled exclusively through e-mails. I don't conduct business through social media or Discord.
I typically check my inbox on week days between 9AM and 5PM MST.
Distribution & Reproduction Rights
All commissions require a contract, which I can provide.
Granted rights will be highlighted in said contract depending on the agreed licensing details.
AI Policy

I do not use generative AI in my process.

I do not allow my art to be used to train AI softwares.

I do not allow my art to be modified using AI.
Payment
Payment can be be made with card or Paypal via the invoice I will send you. I can also accept Zelle.
For companies and publishers, I can also accept wire transfer.
Typically, I accept either full payment upfront or a 50% deposit upfront, depending on what the client is most comfortable with.
Installments are possible upon request
Process & Revisions
I provide 3 to 4 updates from thumbnails to final rendering, with 4 free rounds of revisions in the sketch phase, and 1 free round of revisions per stage after the sketch is approved.
Delivery
Completed commissions will be sent via Email and will contain:a high res jpg or png file in the size discussed/required. Additional sizes and file types can be provided on request.
